  • Flower Subscription: €60/month
  • Event Floral Decoration: from €180
  • Funeral & Sympathy Flowers: from €90
  • Express delivery within 2 hours: €20
  • Premium vases: €25+

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
